# How to Access Ad Account?

In some cases you cannot access the OnHub Agency Ad Account. Please follow the instructions below:

**Access your ad account from your Business Center**

* Access to your Business Center
* At tab **"Advertiser accounts"** or **"Member"**
* Select the TikTok ad account shared by OnHub.
* Click **"Assign new member"**

* Select role for your own account **"Admin/ Operator/ Analyst".** *(usually: Admin)*
* Then, you can start your ads campaigns on TikTok.
