How to Access Ad Account?

In some cases you cannot access the OnHub Agency Ad Account. Please follow the instructions below:

Access your ad account from your Business Center

• Access to your Business Center

• At tab "Advertiser accounts" or "Member"

• Select the TikTok ad account shared by OnHub.

• Click "Assign new member"

• Select role for your own account "Admin/ Operator/ Analyst". (usually: Admin)

• Then, you can start your ads campaigns on TikTok.
