# Top Up OnHub Account

**Currently, we only support users to top up funds through direct bank transfer using these four main payment gateways:**

* Paypal
* Pingpong
* Payoneer
* USDT

To view our account information for fund transfer, you can access it in two ways:

* Click on "Top Up More" in the header.
* Click on "Top Up More" in the Payment Management screen.

## 1. Paypal/Pingpong/Payoneer gateway <a href="#id-1.-paypal-pingpong-payoneer-gateway" id="id-1.-paypal-pingpong-payoneer-gateway"></a>

*After a succesful transaction, user must contact our support team to update his/her OnHub account's balance*

* Select your preferred payment method, below is our payment address information.

If you ***come from Vietnam***, you will have ***an additional method*** for transferring funds. To make a new domestic transaction, you can send to the following address:

* After a successful transaction, you will see the updated balance in the header area.

## 2. USDT gateway <a href="#id-2.-usdt-gateway" id="id-2.-usdt-gateway"></a>

*After a succesful transaction, user can update OnHub account's balance by him/herself.*

**Step 1:** Select USDT method, you will find our USDT payment.

**Step2:** Make a transaction to our payment account. Please take note that different transferring USDT method will require different receiving address:

* For ***Binance*** method, please withdraw USDT to our payment account: ***<payments@novaon.net>***
* For ***TRC-20/TRX*** method, please transfer USDT to our payment account: ***TTNpnrxFA1KfNDrmkWoNiSSzFPyHn2anDt***

**Step3:** Go back to our "Top up more" screen to update your transaction information.

* Fill your Transaction ID at "​ID Transaction" input and Money transferred at "Transferred Amount" input (The minimum for auto top up is $100).
* Then click "Top up" button.

Here are a few tips to help you use this feature more smoothly:

* At "ID Transaction" input, please fill in ***"Binance Order ID"*** if you make transaction through ***Binance***, and ***"TxID"*** if you do through ***TRC-20/TRX .*** Please ensure that the transaction ID you copied is in the correct format:
  * **Binace Order ID and TxID (TRC-20):** The transaction ID is a continuous string of characters, without spaces or line breaks.
  * **TxID (TRX):** The transaction ID consists of the text 'Off-chain Transfer' followed by a continuous string of characters, with no spaces or line breaks.

* At "Transferred Amount" input, please fill in ***the amount excluding all charges*** from the transaction gateway (Example: excluding from payment fee, SMS fee,...).
  * For example: As transaction below, even though the transaction has value of 217.0514 USDT; you'll fill in "Transferred Amount" input the number of ***216***, which has excluded 1 USDT of payment fee and 0.0514 USDT of SMS fee.

**Step 4:** After our system verifies your transaction information, you'll receive notification whether your transaction has been recorded.

**Step 5:** If your transaction is recorded successfully, your balance change will automatically be updated as well as your transaction details.
