# Managing OnHub Account

The OnHub Account is provided by OnHub for users to access the OnHub Platform and utilize the products and services we offer.

With OnHub Account, you can:

* Create Agency Ad Account (Learn more).
* Top Up into your OnHub Account (Learn more).
* Allocate funds from your OnHub Account to an Ad Account (Learn more).
* Update your OnHub Account information (see section 1 below).
* Change your OnHub login password (see section 2 below).

## 1. Update your OnHub Account information

* Hover over the profile icon in the header, then click on "Personal Information."

* Make the necessary changes to the information, then click "Save" to finalize the update process.

## 2. Update your OnHub login password

* Click "Forget Password" on Sign-In screen.

* Fill out your Email.

**After Click "Reset password", we will send a confirmation email to your email address.**

* Please check your email inbox (including spam/junk folder) and click on the link provided in the email to complete the registration process.
* Click on "Reset " to successfully reset your OnHub Account password.

* Enter your new password and click "Reset Password" to complete the update process.
