# Create Agency Ad Account

Here is a checklist to prepare before starting the Agency Ad Account creation process on OnHub.

Once you have prepared all the checklist items, you can access the "Create Agency Ad Account" function by:

* Navigate to the Ad Account Management screen
* Click on "Create Ad Account." button.

-> Then proceed with the Agency Ad Account creation process. (As below)

## 1. Connect your TikTok Business Account (Step 1) <a href="#id-1-connect-your-tiktok-business-account" id="id-1-connect-your-tiktok-business-account"></a>

* Click **"Connect"** to connect with your **TikTok Business Acount**

* Enter **the email and password** of your **TikTok Business Account** to connect successfully

* Grant OnHub the required permissions for TikTok access then Click "Confirm"

-> Once you have successfully granted the necessary permissions, you will be redirected back to OnHub to proceed with step 2 of the process.

## 2. Connect your TikTok Business Center (Step 2)

* Please select **the TikTok Business Center** from the list that you want to connect with the newly created Agency Ad Account.

-> After successfully selecting one Business Center from the list to connect, you will proceed to the final step - step 3.

## 3. Create Agency Ad Account (Step 3)

Here is the last step before complete the process, now that you need to fill out the required information of Agency Ad account:

* **Ad account information:** Ad account name, Industries, Timezone.
* **Business information:** Company name, website/product link.

-> Then, Click **"Done"** to send your request to Create new Agency Ad Account.

**NOTE:**

* The newly created ad account could take 3-6 hours to be "in-review", kindly wait for TikTok to approve it.

*-> You can manage and track the status of your Ad Account creation request through the Ad account management function, as described in section 4 below.*

## 4. Manage & Track your Agency Ad Account creation request:

You can track **the status** of your **Ad Account creation request** based on different tabs within the Ad Account management section. Each tab represents a specific status:

-> Please click on "Ad Account Management" on side-bar and select the tab that corresponds to the status you want to track.

### A. InReview

All Ad Account creation requests that you have fully completed (following the steps above) will appear under the "In Review" tab.

* Requests typically take about 3-6 hours to be reviewed and approved by TikTok.
* If your requests are approved, they will move to the "Approved" tab.
* If your requests are denied, they will move to the "Denied" tab.

### B. Approved

In this tab, all ad accounts that have been approved by TikTok will be listed. From here, you can:

* Access these ad accounts [*(Learn more)*](https://docs.novaonads.com/onhub/faq/how-to-access-ad-account)
* Track the ad account health, including status *(Active, Suspended, Under modification, etc.).*
* View the base currency, the current balance and cost associated with each ad account in the base currency.

### C. Denied

In this tab, all ad accounts that have been denied will be listed. From here, you can track the reasons why your ad account creation request was denied, such as:

* Non-compliance with NOVAON policy.
* Non-compliance with TikTok policy.
* Other specified reasons.

By reviewing these details, you can understand the specific reasons for the denial of your ad account creation request and take appropriate actions if needed.
