The OnHub Account is provided by OnHub for users to access the OnHub Platform and utilize the products and services we offer.
(If you don't have an OnHub Account yet, you can learn about the registration process here.)
With OnHub Account, you can:
Create Agency Ad Account (Learn more).
Top Up into your OnHub Account (Learn more).
Allocate funds from your OnHub Account to an Ad Account (Learn more).
Update your OnHub Account information (see section 1 below).
Change your OnHub login password (see section 2 below).
Hover over the profile icon in the header, then click on "Personal Information."
Make the necessary changes to the information, then click "Save" to finalize the update process.
NOTE:
You cannot edit the "Time Zone" field.
Click "Forget Password" on Sign-In screen.
Fill out your Email.
After Click "Reset password", we will send a confirmation email to your email address.
Please check your email inbox (including spam/junk folder) and click on the link provided in the email to complete the registration process.
Click on "Reset " to successfully reset your OnHub Account password.
Enter your new password and click "Reset Password" to complete the update process.
