# Unable to Create Ad Account?

***There are four reasons why you may not be able to create a new Agency Ad Account on our platform:***

## A. Insufficient OnHub Account's Balance

To create a new ad account, you may need to have a minimum balance in your account. If your balance is below the required amount, you will need to top up your account before creating a new ad account.

## B. Encountering issues while connecting to your TikTok Business Account or Business Center.

Difficulty connecting with the Business Account or Business Center Account could be due to:

* Incorrect login credentials
* Unstable internet connection
* Browser cache or cookies causing issues
* Insufficient access permissions granted to OnHub.

## C. Ad Account information does not comply with policies.

Your account may not be approved by TikTok or OnHub due to certain information provided during the ad account creation process, such as:

* Ad Account Name
* URL/Product link
* Industry
* ...
