By confirming these checklist items below, you can ensure that all necessary conditions are met before proceeding with allocating funds to an Ad Account on OnHub:

To proceeding with allocating funds to Ad accounts on OnHub. Please follow this guide:
Navigate to the "Ad Account Management" section on sidebar -> Select the "Approved" tab screen.
Choose the appropriate action based on your needs:
Add Funds from OnHub Account to Ad Account. (As section 1 below)
Withdraw Funds from Ad Account to OnHub Account. ( As section 2 below)
NOTE:
Successful add funds or withdraw funds transactions will be recorded in the transaction history in the "Ad Account" tab - "Transaction Management" section on Sidebar.
On the "Approved" tab screen - Ad Account Management:
Click the "Add Funds" button next to the Ad Account to which you want to allocate funds from your OnHub Account.
Fill out amount of money that you want to allocates from OnHub Account's Balance to Ad Account's Balance -> Then Click "Send Request"
NOTE:
Please ensure that your OnHub Account has a sufficient balance before proceeding to add funds.
The amount for each Adds Funds request must not greater than Current Balance of your OnHub Account.
The minimum amount for each Adds Funds request is 10$.
-> If your OnHub Account balance is insufficient, you will need to top-up your OnHub Account first. You can then return here to continue the process of adding funds to your Ad Account. (Learn more about topping up your OnHub Account)
-> When transactions are successfully completed, the balances of the Ad Account and OnHub Account will be updated.
If you want to check or reconcile transaction history, you can access the transaction history of the Ad Account on TikTok Ads Manager or access the transaction history on OnHub (Learn more).
On the "Approved" tab screen - Ad Account Management:
Click the "Withdraw Funds" button next to the Ad Account from which you want to proceed with withdrawing funds.
Fill out amount of money that you want to allocates from OnHub Account's Balance to Ad Account's Balance.
NOTE:
Please ensure that your Ad Account has a sufficient balance before proceeding to withdraw funds
The amount for each Adds Funds request must not greater than Current Balance of your Ad Account
-> If your OnHub Account balance is insufficient, you will need to top-up your OnHub Account first. You can then return here to continue the process of adding funds to your Ad Account. (Learn more about topping up your OnHub Account)
-> When transactions are successfully completed, the balances of the Ad Account and OnHub Account will be updated.
If you want to check or reconcile transaction history, you can access the transaction history of the Ad Account on TikTok Ads Manager or access the transaction history on OnHub (Learn more).

Approved Ad Accounts
Ensure you have at least one "approved" Ad Account.
-> If not, follow the guide to create a new Agency Ad account.
Agency Ad Account Status (Active)
Ensure that your Agency Ad Account is in the "Active" status to be eligible for fund allocation.
Sufficient Balance in OnHub Account
Ensure your OnHub Account has enough balance to allocate funds to the Ad Account.
Sufficient Balance in Agency Ad Account
Check if your Agency Ad Account has enough balance if you intend to withdraw funds to the OnHub Account.
