Edit pixel

Below are the feature details in Edit pixel screen:

You can modify your previously established pixel configurations. Here are the sections you can edit:

• Status: You can active pixel configuration to collect data from your store or deactivate it. Take note that this action will only affect to the pixel configuration on our app, it will not affect to the pixel original status or configuration on Tiktok Event manager.

• Server-side tracking: You can either activate server-side tracking method or deactivate it. Take note that when you deactive the server-side collecting data method, pixel will still collect user's behavior data by browser method, however, it can be affected by any ad blockers and IOS 14 retristrictions.

• Target Area: You can modify the area in your store to collect data. Make sure that you comply to these rules:

  • If you choose Entire store, you can choose any others options

  • If you choose All collections, you can choose any others selections at Custom collection table and vice versa

  • If you choose Homepage, you can still choose either All collections or any selections at Custom collection table

• Embed code: In case you miss to activate our app on Theme store or you don't add the embed code to Customer events in the beginning, you can still do these actions at Edit pixel screen.

After making changes, you have to click on the "Save" button to save all these changes and apply them to the pixel. Back to Pixel management change, you will see the change in configuration information.
